Last week did not want to end. It all started Wednesday night when I hit up Bowery Hotel for the Humane Society event hosted by Mr. Mickey and Charlotte Ronson. The crowd was great and the cause was even greater. Glad I didn't wear my fur vest :-XThe following night was one of the crazier nights I've had in this city. I first hit up the Soho Grand Hotel with Colleen, designer Hannah Marshall and her friend Alistar for a british designer get together. We drank, danced and jumped on Hannah's bed in her room at the hotel. The night SHOULD HAVE ended there, but instead we all hoped in a cab and made our way over to Avenue where Pete from Style Sightings hosts on Thursday nights.
Sadly, after Thursday, I got really sick. My roommate dragged me out to Baddies on Saturday nigh, which wasn't a good idea! I felt awful but I still managed to have fun. By Sunday afternoon I was feeling better. Bianca and I made our way over to the Bowery Hotel for a new (?) Sunday Happy Hour. The band TV Baby was playing, so that was an added bonus. We ended the night with dinner at our favorite diner, Sugar Cafe.
Right now I'm blogging from Minnesota. I'm so glad to be home and on vacation! I need the rest like whoa. I can't wait to see the rest of my family and friends. I have a great week planned out and I'm very excited to get things started!
P.S. I'm obsessing over this white mesh dress I got at Topshop last week. I never thought I'd wear anything mesh, but this thing has been a lot of fun to play/layer with. I wore the outfit above out to Baddies on Saturday. I was happy it held up!

I'm glad to hear you're home chilling and recovering for your next NY chapter. Have a great Thanksgiving and thanks for the tip on the Jane Hotel. Even their website looks incredible!
